David Lagomarsino is holder of prestige price – The Silver Plate – awarded by Italian Culinary Academy. After he had functioned 14 years in Australian Sydney, where he had owned luxury restaurant „Zeffirelli“, he has started to work in The Czech Republic. Nowadays he, together with his wife Karolína, offers specialities of Italian, Australian and international cuisine.
For interest among visitors of restaurant „Zeffirelli“ pertained for exaple Nicol Kidman, Russel Crow, Keanu Reeves or Robert DeNiro. During visit of Michail and Raisa Gorbačov in Sydney David became their private chef.
